The board game visionary
Michał Gryń
In short:
He's here to make sure every course delivers top-notch expertise and
knowledge.
He's been in the board game world for 11 years - designing his own games, working for Go On Board, first as a Lead Developer of The Witcher: Old World, then as Sales Manager, and recently joining Awaken Realms as Sales Director.
He is one of three founders of Pamper Playtesting Group, the most recognized board game playtesting community in Poland, running regular playtesting meetups, professional tests for publishers, and Designer Camp, the biggest international event connecting designers and publishers in Central Europe.

Maciej Mach
In short:
He's the one who turns big plans into flawless execution - always on
schedule.
He built his expertise in big corporations in Supply Chain, managing product flows and worked deeply with data analysis to keep everything running on time.
After onboarding and teaching many new employees he knows how important it is to break down complex processes into clear steps that anyone can follow, making knowledge transfer simple and effective.
When it comes to running the company, he makes sure it’s like a well-planned game: no lost pieces, clear rules, and smooth execution across the board.

Piotr Schelenz
In short:
If our platform runs like a well-oiled machine, it's thanks to him.
His parents wanted him to become a doctor, but instead of scalpels he picked… code. Back in high school, while others studied biology, he was already building websites.
Since then, he’s achieved some standout accomplishments: his website that checks singing pitch accuracy was nominated by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as one of the best engineering thesis and he even created a digital tool for the Polish governmental elections.
He’s the tech brain behind our platform, always ready to answer our (often weird) questions.
